SECTION 2 - HOW WE USE THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
- Zoho CRM is our primary database for storing customer information, project details, and workflow settings.
- Make.com is used for automation workflows that interact with third-party applications like Slack, Google, Microsoft, and others.
- Additional tools (e.g., Zapier, AWS, OpenAI, APIs) are used depending on the client’s needs.
